Reflections on Erasmus+ mobility experience are published in the journal Scriptus Manet

Liepaja University docent of the New Media Art programme Christopher Hales has made a publication regarding his Erasmus+ mobility at Ateneo de Manila University in Philippines. The publication “From Basement to Campus: the Affordances and Genius Loci of a University” is published in the annual Liepaja University journal of humanities and arts Scriptus Manet, No 10-11.

Ch. Hales mentions in his publication that it presents some reflections on his Erasmus+ mobility visit at Ateneo de Manila University in 2019 as a docent. „It is not an investigation into the varied motivations of Erasmus-enabled staff/students to choose to spend time abroad, but uses the experience of the visit as a starting point to address instead the possibilities of using Gibson’s theory of affordances and Norberg-Schulz’ genius loci to probe further the attractions that any particular educational establishment may offer an exchange.”
