Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) for HE staff:
“How to enhance cooperation between people from different countries in the higher education: improve your intercultural competence”

Intercultural competence is an essential set of skills needed in the modern workplace. LiepU offers a BIP for the university staff in order to improve their intercultural competence and ease their work with students and staff from different cultural backgrounds at their universities. Professionals from various countries will give an insight into the cultural differences of their countries, will provide useful tips on how to effectively work in various situations.
Participation in the full programme (1 virtual day and 5 physical days) is mandatory.
