On 20 August Liepaja University International Relations Department visited for the 1st time LCC International University in Klaipeda, Lithuania and had a chance to learn new experiences from the truly international university - LCC International University - with students from 50+ countries and 60% international faculty members.
LCC International is fully international university where all classes are taught in English, so therefore for the International Relations Departmen it was very useful to meet with Viktorija Giedraitienė, Director of the Center for International Education and Inga Mikulene, Program Coordinator at LCC. Both parts were speaking not only about the digitalization of the Erasmus+ program, recognition of the staff mobilities and marketing activities, but also about student internship exchanges in the nearest future.
University visits help to International Relations Department to become more effective and learn from the good examples. It is planned that the Erasmus+ institutional agreement will be concluded between both insitutions, so LiepU students will be able to choose this HEI as their next exchange semester destination abroad.
