LiepU continues to inform potential students from Ukraine

On 3rd April 2018 Liepaja University Chief specialist on international cooperation Erika Lauberga participated in the seminar organized by  our recent partner on agency services in Ukraine - “Intellect Guide LTD”. Seminar was held in the embassy of the Republic of Latvia in Ukraine where potential students, their parents and agents learned about higher education opportunities on all study levels in Latvia, including in Liepaja University. After general seminar, informal discussion on detailed questions followed.

On 4th April we had a chance to participate in the international education fair organized by Begin group. During the fair we met a lot of potential students and their parents from Kiev and other cities in Ukraine. It was a very intensive but productive education exhibition.

Let us remain that Ukrainians with a biometric passport can now enter the Schengen area without a visa for up to 90 days. Such scheme is especially beneficial for Ukrainian students seeking master studies in Latvia.
