Today Liepaja University students of the study programme "Sport's pedagogy" had a chance to listen introductory lecture of the guest lecturer Thiago Bomfim Oliveira da Silva from Brazil in Latvian language. The guest lecturer gave a lecture on “Learning methodologies used in Brazilia” from Brazilian viewpoint, as he is currently living in Liepaja for 10 years and speaking Latvian language.
Starting from this year Thiago will be working as a guest lecturer in Liepaja University and will be giving lectures to sport's students in C category study course “Sport’s theory” from 17th April. Thiago has specialized in indoor football and football science and he says: “I am very happy to teach this subject at Liepaja University in Latvian language.”
