Liepaja University is coordinating university of this Erasmus+ project which is positioned to pilot the implementation of European Credit Transfer System for VET (ECVET) in the national HE&VET system of Russia and Uzbekistan by creating a long-term platform on the base of acknowledged HEIs engaged in the training of VET teachers for post-secondary non-tertiary education level (RUECVET).
During the monitoring, five Russian universities from consortium and LiepU representative gave reports on projects implementation process. Monitoring was done by Russian National Erasmus+ Office and their representative was satisfied with the work done in Russia as well as with obtained results in this project.
Patriks Morevs adds: "During the projects realization we have builded a very strong team of all members of consortium. I am happy that we are now also realizing other Erasmus+ projects with Russian universities from consortium as student credit mobilities and academic staff exchange. We are expecting first exchange students from Russian universities already this spring. For future we already have some plans for the next pojects to apply with this consortium".
